About payment
For in-stock items, we need to get full payment before shipping because immediate shipping can be guaranteed. For any custom orders in plain or printed silk fabrics or other qualities, we need to get generally 30% deposit before bulk production and 70% balance after bulk cutting is approved but prior to shipping. For any further queries, please feel free to let us know.
About samples
We offer free sample swatches at the size of 10cm x 15cm. But, please be noted the colors and designs are sent at our choice. And you only need to pay for the shipping.

We are going to send you the images of the real color chart and you will see colors clearly from them. You may also send us the Pantone reference codes and we will select the right colors for you.

4.How is shipping cost calculated?
All of orders are shipped by courier or air and the shipping cost is decided by weight and size. Competitive quotes will be offered for bulk production.
5. Do I need to pay for the shipping cost for sending samples?
Yes. But, the shipping cost will be deducted once orders amount to us$500. It will be great if you have your own shipper. If you have any more questions about this, please don’t feel reluctant to contact us.
