What is fabric silk material?
What is the difference between pure fabric silk material and non-pure silk fabric? Pure fabric silk material refers to fabric of which composition is 100% silk and does not contain other ingredients. Correspondingly, some fabrics are blended, such as silk cotton satin or silk polyester blend.
In addition, there is a special kind of fabric silk material, elastic fabric, such as elastic satin, elastic crepe and elastic georgette, etc. These fabrics are elastic, but the mulberry silk itself is not very elastic, so certainly some elastic fabric such as spandex is added. The general composition of elastic fabric silk material is 6% spandex and 94% mulberry silk. And generally speaking, elastic fabric is also classified into pure fabric silk material.
