What is patterned fabric silk?
To us, there are generally two ways to get pattered fabric silk. One is by digital printing and the other is by jacquard. Digital printing is a much easier way to make patterned fabric silk. It is more flexible. Almost all designs can be digital printed and the minimum is as low as one meter. When speaking of printed fabrics, what we have on Chinese silk market are quite of Chinese style. And most clients want to custom print their own designs. The minimum of digital printing is quite feasible and we can even print half a meter per design. Please just send us print files/artwork or real fabric samples and we will do the rest things for you. While when it comes to jacquard, there are truly some restrictions placed on the designs selected and the meanwhile the minimum is as high as 500 meters per design. Also, making patterned silk fabric by digital printing needs much less time, usually 4-7 days are ok for sampling.
How to care patterned fabric silk?
Patterned fabric silk is also made up 100% mulberry silk no matte it is printed or jacquard. We still recommend dry clean or gentle hand wash. Don't tumble dry, Don't bleach.
