2. How to get silk fabric printed?
A. Screen printing.
The fabric is spread flatly on the working table and the surface of the table is pre-coated with a small amount of impurities to make the silk fabric evenly attached to the table. Then the printing workers continuously use each screen frame corresponding to a printing pattern throughout the entire platen. This kind of printing method is quite inefficient, but the finished silk fabric printed is very good with strong permeability.
B. Digital printing.
Digital printing: Scan digital photos, images or various digital patterns into printable files and after the processing by the computer color separation printing system, those digital patterns will be printed directly on silk fabrics. And after post-treatment, various high-precision silk fabric printed will be obtained. Digital printing deliver orders rather quickly and the required minimum is flexible, from one yard to thousands of yards. However, it also has disadvantages, that is, the permeability of digital printing is not strong.
