Product introduction of double sided printed silk scarf
Lots of clients keep asking questions like these---how can I make my designs totally seen through on the backside of silk scarves? How can I make my designs exactly the same on the reverse side? In the past years, we only have two solutions. One is suggesting clients use light an thin silk fabrics, such as 6mm silk chiffon, 5mm silk paj. The second is to employ traditional screen printing. Whereas, screen printing has some limits on deigns to be printed and also has strict limits on totally involved colorways per design. And what is worse, screen printing requires very high minimum, at least 500 meters per design. So, screen printing has these drawbacks.
On the contrary, double sided printed silk scarf is quite flexible on minimum. And it can make exactly the same designs on both sides at the same time. What is more valuable, such technology can print two different designs on two sides in the meantime.
Fabrics such as silk twill, double faced silk satin and silk crepe de chine are mostly used fabrics for double sided digital printing.
And such printed silk fabrics are mostly made into double sided printed silk scarf. Such scarves are created by the latest technique and quite attractive for its nobility, innovation and interest.
